Purpose of the website

Landswalker is a web app that turns landscape photos into Magic: The Gathering lands, ready to print. It is free. Creating and exporting cards does not need an account; an account only adds saving cards in the cloud and creating your own expansions.

Unofficial fan content

Landswalker is not an official Wizards of the Coast product and is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. It follows the Fan Content Policy. This is the notice that the policy requires, in English:

Intellectual property

The cards you create and the photos you upload are yours. Landswalker claims no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload.

Magic: The Gathering, its card frame, its mana and expansion symbols and the related names are trademarks and property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Landswalker uses them as the Fan Content Policy allows and claims no ownership over them.

The Beleren Bold and Beleren Small Caps Bold typefaces of the card name, type line and credit are copyright of Wizards of the Coast. They come from the official Magic website through a library that is neither official nor authorised, published for non-commercial use, and Landswalker uses them as fan content, under the Fan Content Policy. Crimson Pro and Zen Kaku Gothic New are used under the SIL Open Font License.

The rest of the website (code, design and texts) belongs to its owner, except for third-party components, which keep their own licences.

Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to upload content that is illegal or infringes other people's rights. The cards are fan creations for personal use: do not sell them or present them as official Wizards of the Coast products.

Liability

The website is offered free of charge and as it is. The landscape detection is automatic and can be wrong, so check your cards before printing them. We do not guarantee that the website is always available or free of errors, and we are not liable for damages arising from its use, except where the law says otherwise.

The website may change or close, for example if Wizards of the Coast withdraws its permission. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that we link to.
